These terms cover the Discord bot that runs Valorant tournaments, queues and duels. Using it — installing it on a server, signing up for a tournament, or joining a queue — means accepting them.
A Discord bot for running Valorant tournaments, standing queues and duels: sign-ups, rank-based team draw and balancing, schedule and bracket, map veto, and results reporting with double confirmation.
For automatic rank verification and reading results, the bot depends on an unofficial third-party API (HenrikDev). We do not operate it, and its downtime can disable those specific features without notice — manual result reporting always keeps working.
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The exact figures, as shown in `/shop pricing` at the time this text was written. This table is generated from the same catalogue the bot uses to charge — never from a price written down separately.
| Plan | Price | Active tournaments | Players/tournament | Queues | Queue matches/month | Riot verifications/day | Recurring | Automatic results/month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Comunidade | free | 2 | 64 | 1 | 60 | 15 | 1 | 20 |

The bot never receives, processes or holds the money from a tournament's entry fees. When an organiser sets a fee, the bot stores that organiser's PayPal, generates a payment link with its own reference for each entrant, and records who marked the payment as confirmed.
The payment relationship for entry fees is always between the entrant and the organiser — never with us. We do not confirm, guarantee, or take responsibility for any fee payment, prize or refund agreed between them; disputes over that money are resolved between the parties.
Purchases made directly through the bot — the Clube plan, credits, cosmetics, entry-fee unlock, supporter — use the same PayPal-link mechanism. Confirmation is done by the bot owner by hand (`/billing confirm`), or automatically when payment detection is configured.
You can ask for a refund of a purchase made through the bot (Clube plan, credits, cosmetics, entry-fee unlock, supporter) within 14 days of the payment being confirmed, as long as what you bought has not been used yet — for example, unspent credits, or a plan whose paid features have not been used.
Because this is digital content made available immediately, starting to use the purchase within that period means you expressly ask for it to be supplied straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014.
To ask for a refund, contact us — Discord, user ID 302940194594619392 (https://discord.com/users/302940194594619392) — with the payment reference, or write to the email of the PayPal account that received the payment, shown on your PayPal receipt. The refund goes back through the same method (PayPal), within 14 days of the request being accepted, and the purchased access is removed at that point.
Tournament entry fees are not covered: they are paid directly to the organiser, and any refund is handled with them (see above).
Whoever creates a tournament is responsible for running it fairly, for communicating their own additional rules, and for complying with the law that applies to prize or cash competitions in their jurisdiction. In Portugal, for example, prizes may be taxable income for whoever receives them, and contests that depend on chance rather than skill may need prior authorisation; organisers should check before opening paid sign-ups.
The bot does not validate whether a tournament, prize or fee complies with local law — that responsibility belongs to the organiser.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, draw or scoring errors, automatic rank-verification failures, or payment disputes between organiser and participant. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded — in particular for wilful misconduct or gross negligence — nor the rights that consumer protection law gives you. Outside those cases, our total liability for purchases made through the bot is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it.
We may suspend or refuse service to a server or user in case of abuse, misuse of the third-party APIs we depend on, or a deliberate attempt to work around plan limits.
Using this bot means agreeing to Discord's own terms of service, which require you to be at least 13, or the higher minimum age set by the law in your country.
We may change these terms as the bot changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the last change; continuing to use the bot after a change counts as accepting it.
Governing law and competent court: Portuguese law. Disputes are heard by the court that Portuguese law designates, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that let a consumer sue in the courts of their own home country.
For consumer disputes you may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution body — in particular CNIACC, the Portuguese National Centre for Consumer Arbitration (www.cniacc.pt); the full list is at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
Responsible entity: the administrator of SpikeCup, a private individual based in Portugal.
